During her college years, Shaunie studied Art Education and Design at New Mexico State University and Metro State University of Denver. While studying, she landed a job in property management and excelled in sales, real estate logistics, and client management. This work allowed her to gain fundamental knowledge of the Denver real estate market. After 11 years in property management, Shaunie decided to merge her art education and real estate background to create Design House, an inclusive design firm that specializes in affordable design services.
